At Xingesiwa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home gym. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns,
  refunds, and warranty claims work for purchases made on xingesiwa.com.

  30-Day Return Window
  You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original
  condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

  How to Start a Return
  Email us at xgswxingesiwa@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with
  return instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization.

  Return Shipping Costs
  - Change-of-mind returns: Because our equipment is large and heavy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on
  non-defective returns. We do not charge any restocking fee.
  - Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover
  all return and replacement shipping costs at no charge to you.

  Damaged or Defective on Arrival
  Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 48 hours of
  delivery at xgswxingesiwa@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement,
  replacement parts, or a refund at no cost to you.

  Refunds
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are
  issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for
  change-of-mind returns.

  1-Year Limited Warranty
  Your purchase is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use,
  starting from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, commercial
  use, or damage caused by accidents or modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us at xgswxingesiwa@outlook.com with
  your order number and a description and photos of the issue.

  Non-Returnable Items
  Gift cards and items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
